Q: How do I shop at Learning Resources web site?
A: Shopping for Learning Resources educational products has never been easier or more convenient! Just visit the Learning Resources Web site home page. There you can see what’s new, choose the category you would like to browse, or search the site for a particular item using a product code or general description. Each product is featured on a page within the Learning Resources Web site. When you are finished shopping, click “Checkout.” From there, you will be guided through a checkout process that is safe, secure, and easy! If you register your e-mail address for order confirmation, please be careful to type it correctly. There should be no spaces in the e-mail address.

How to Order:

Online
You may order directly from any product page on our website by selecting the quantity desired and by clicking on the Add to Cart button. When your cart is full you can checkout on our safe and secure server. Currently tax exempt orders cannot be processed online. If you wish to place a tax exempt order please fax your official purchase order and tax exempt form to 1-888-892-8731. Phone
Our Learning Resources customer service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 7:00 A.M. and 6 P.M. CST. To speak one-on-one to a representative or to request an order form be sent to you please call us at 1-800-333-8281. International customers may call 1-847-573-8400 for assistance.

Fax
Orders placed by fax can be sent to us at 1-888-892-8731. You may print out your "Shopping Cart" from LearningReasources.com or if you receive the Learning Resources catalog in the mail, you may fill out the enclosed order form. If you are placing a tax exempt order please fax your official purchase order and tax exempt form. International orders can be faxed to 0.1.513.603.1492.

You may also mail your order to us using the hardcopy order form enclosed in the Learning Resources catalog, or view and print an electronic version here. Please be sure to send payment information along with your order. Please note we can not accept personal checks as a form of payment.

Sales Tax Exemption:
We cannot process tax exempt orders online at this time. Should you wish to place a tax exempt order, please fax your official purchase order and tax exempt form to 1-888-892-8731. You may also print out your "Shopping Cart" from LearningReasources.com and send along with your official purchase order and tax exempt form. We make every effort to process all orders in a timely manner but please be advised there will be a delay in processing any order faxed without a tax exempt form. As required by law, in order to qualify for Sales Tax Exemption, customers must place their order in the name of the tax exempt organization. Orders placed in an individual's name or without a tax exempt form will be charged tax. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Learning Resources customer service team at 800-222-3909.

Q: How do I change or cancel an order?
A: Once an order is submitted through the Learning Resources Web site, it goes immediately into the system and unfortunately cannot be changed. Any product, however, may be returned for exchange or credit. A refund is available with your original proof of purchase from Learning Resources; however shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: How long does it take to process an online order?
A: Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment, and credit authorization. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation from the Learning Resources web site within two hours of placing your order, please call us at 800-222-3909. In order for us to provide the best customer service, please provide us your full name and zip code to our Learning Resources customer service team member.

Q: Is Learning Resources web site shopping area secure?
A: For your security, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent any private information you enter from being intercepted. We encrypt your credit card number and personal information using Verisign’s Secure Server ID, which enables secure communications.

Q: Do I have to register at the Learning Resources web site?
A: No, you don’t have to register, however we encourage you to register. The advantage of registering is that it makes the checkout process much faster for future purchases—you won’t be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop. You can also download free activity sheets for your Learning Resources products, create and maintain a wish list of item you’d like to receive, review all orders placed with us using this account and review all of the items you’ve purchased from us using this account. If you choose to register, we recommend you print your registration page to use for future reference and note your username and password in a secure location.

Q: I forgot my password! What should I do?
A: On the My Account page, click the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be given instructions and asked to enter your e-mail address.

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that Learningresources.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for credit card payment. The most common problem is a keying error. Be sure to select the card type and enter the number very carefully. Enter the numbers in the same order they appear on the card, without dashes, commas, or spaces. If you use the numbers pad on your keyboard, be sure the Num Lock key is pressed. Make sure you have not typed a lowercase “L” for a “one” or an uppercase “O” for a “zero.” If you encounter an error page that asks you to re-enter the information, make sure you re-select the credit card type, and re-enter the number and expiration date. Credit card information is not stored until registration is complete.

Q: What can cause my order to be delayed?
A: If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept at Learning Resources web site?
A: We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Learning Resources gift cards. You must be at least 18 years old to order. We do not accept money orders, cash, or checks for orders placed online.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Learning Resources you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Simply let us know by email or phone. We will gladly create an RMA number and provide return instructions to send to you right away.

It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the Learning Resources Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your full refund (excluding freight) will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q: How do I purchase a gift card?
A: Simply select the amount and send your gift card on its way! Try clicking on the Gift Cards - you will be taken to a page where you can view all our gift cards that we are currently offering.

Q: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A. Sales tax is applied for the following states (USA only). States with an asterisk charge tax on shipping in addition to merchandise.): AL, AR*, AZ, CA, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL, IN*, KS*, KY*, MA*, MD, ME, MI*, MN, MO*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH, PA*, RI*, SC*, TN*, TX*, VA, VT, WA*, WI* and WV*.

Currently we cannot process tax exempt orders online. We apologize for any inconvenience but our friendly Customer Service professionals are here to help process your order. Q: How long will it take to receive an order shipping to Canada?
A: Most orders take approximately 7 to 14 business days to arrive once the order has been successfully processed. Saturdays, Sundays and weekday Canadian holidays should not be factored into the delivery time as they are not business days. Delivery may take longer during our busy holiday season. The shipping charges will allow us to ship your order duties paid.

Q: How will I know the international shipping cost will be?
Charges will be e-mailed to you after your order is placed. You will have the option to cancel at that time. Shipping charges are determined by international destination and weight of your order. The orders take approximately 7 to 14 business days to arrive to its international destination mailing address.

Q. Where can I purchase replacement parts for a product?
A. Currently we do not have replacement parts available for every product we carry. A list of available replacement parts can be found on our parts page. Shipping is only $3.95 for each replacement part. Taxes may apply. If parts are not available for your product please contact us at CS@learningresources.com for assistance. In your request please include your name, address, name of the product, and item number of your product set in order for us to fulfill your request as quickly as possible.

Q. Where can I find product and game instructions?
A. Please visit our Resource Center and click on How to Use Your Learning Resources Products. If you do not see a specific set of instructions please contact us at 800-222-3909 or email at info@learningresources.com for further assistance.

Q. What do I do if the product I purchased or received is defective?
A. We ask that you please try first to return the product to the original place of purchase. If you have any trouble please contact us directly for assistance in getting a replacement. You can speak to one of our friendly Learning Resources customer service representatives at 1-800-222-3909 or email us CS@learningresources.com . Please provide us your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, product name, copy of your proof of purchase receipt, item number of your set (LER-XXXX), lot number found on your box or product set (nine digit number that starts with B, E or I) and provide us a detailed note of the issue you experienced with our Learning Resources product set.

Q. Where can I learn more about carrying Learning Resources products in my retail store?

Q. Does Learning Resources accept individual donation requests from non-profit organizations?

A: There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
