Q. How can I tell if an item is on backorder, and when will it ship?
A. If one of our innovation products happens to be on backorder you will see an Available date under the product description on the product page. You will also see a note with an Available date once you click on the Add to Cart button.
Please note that the available date given is an estimate only. Backorders may ship before or after date listed. If you choose to add a backordered item to your cart a confirmation with specific detail regarding your backordered item(s) will be sent via email.
Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A. Sales tax is applied for the following states (USA only). States with an asterisk charge tax on shipping in addition to merchandise.):

Q. What is the return policy?
A. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! It is very important to us that you enjoy all your purchases from Learning Resources. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase please contact us within 90 days and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Simply return it to us in unopened or original condition and the choice is yours.

Q. Where can I purchase replacement parts for a product?
A. Currently we do not have replacement parts available for every product we carry. A list of available replacement parts can be found on our parts page. Shipping is only $3.95 for each replacement part. Taxes may apply.

Q. What kind of replacement battery does the Pretend & Play Calculator Cash Register require?
A. Item LER2629 the Pretend & Play Calculator Cash Register requires a single watch/camera battery model #L1154. This battery is used solely for the sound as the calculator function operates on solar power.

Q. What do I do if the product I purchased or received is defective?
