Order Processing:
We have worked hard to create an efficient order processing and shipping system to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. All orders placed with us will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days.
Delivery times will vary depending on the method of shipping you choose and the location of delivery. To estimate your delivery time please refer to the UPS Transit Chart

Standard Shipping:
Most in-stock items will generally be delivered to you within 7 to 10 days after receipt of your order except during the Holiday season. Please provide a street address for UPS delivery. UPS is not available to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
REMEMBER: UPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY ORDERS DELAYED DUE TO

Delivery Outside the Contiguous U.S.:
An additional $8 will be added to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. For shipments to the Virgin Islands and International addresses, we will gladly take your order and contact you by e-mail with shipping charges. Applicable taxes and/or duty charges must be paid by recipients. International customers may call us at (847) 573-8400 or fax us at (847) 573-8425. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.

Charges will be e-mailed to you after your order is placed. You will have the option to cancel at that time.

APO/FPO Shipping:
Learning Resources is able to ship to U.S. military bases. However, such orders are shipped via U.S. mail, not UPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of the order the same as Standard shipped UPS orders. Please refer to our shipping table for specific pricing. It is important that consumers shipping orders to U.S. military bases include as much detail as possible as to the specific APO/FPO shipping address involved. Be advised that orders shipped to military bases require special processing and will take longer to both ship and be received.
