Q. When I use Zoomy, the image displayed in the viewer is the image captured by my Macbook’s internal camera and not that from the Zoomy. How can I switch devices?
A. In Finder, under Applications, double-click Digitalviewer.dmg file. Once open, check the devices you have set up by clicking on the “gears” icon. From the device drop down list make sure you have selected the USB 2.0 camera/ apply.

Q. I am unable to get my new Zoomy to work – help!
A. Updated software is available for installation.
Please check the lot code on your Zoomy to see if it can be updated.
