Introducing Chris Triola...

Chris Triola uses humor and hands-on methods to teach sixth-grade math at General McLane School District in Edinboro, Pennsylvania.  An honors graduate of Edinboro University, Chris also is an accomplished science teacher and writer who has authored many math, history and language arts books.  Chris designs and conducts award-winning professional development workshops that feature best practices and strategies for meeting AYP goals.

Of the workshops Chris presents, some of his favorites focus on cross-curricular math and science instruction.  Teachers love the humor he incorporates into the measurement portion of his workshops.  Wearing a homemade ruler costume, Chris jokes with his audience about how his wife, Milli, had to convert when they got married!  Chris’ workshops definitely measure up while making everyone chuckle.

Chris is a five-time presenter at the annual NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) Conference.  He also has been a keynote speaker at CAMT (Conference for the Advancement of Mathematics Teaching).  Don’t miss your chance to see him in person!   To see Chris’ presentation schedule, click here.
