Awesome set! My daughter LOVES it!

Comments about Pretend & Play Rise & Shine Breakfast:
I love all the little detail and how amazing everything is. the toaster actually pops like a real toaster. The strawberry has Velcro so it can be a whole strawberry of two halves. The bacon is actually think and wavy. They really made sure this was an awesome kit! The muffin top comes off to revel bluberrys inside, the egg "cracks" open and has an over easy egg inside. This is a perfect addition for a play kitchen that might be under your tree or left by santa tonight. Even if your little one does not have a kitchen this kit has everything you need for them to be able to "make" breakfast while they play.I have not been able to get my daughter away from this set. She in love with it and has made plate after plate of food. This set was intended to, "Engages children as they crack open the egg, flip pancakes, fill the muffin with fruit, pop the toast into the toaster, and create a delicious meal"
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me First Time Parent, Stay At Home Parent
I have to say that I am a bit disappointed in this set. We have the Pretend and Play Healthy Lunch, Dinner, and Picnic sets, and this set falls short. The pieces are so much smaller and not at all as realistic as the other Learning Resources food sets we own. I was attracted to this set because I thought my son would really enjoy "cracking" the egg, but the egg barely fits into the egg and the egg is difficult to put together- even for me. I do think that Learning Resources makes some of the best plastic play food out there- I just wish I had went with one of the other two breakfast sets they offer; I would pass on this one.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
About Me Parent Of Two Or More Children, Stay At Home Parent
My 2 1/2 year old loved having his own food to "cook." He enjoyed being able to make mommy breakfast. Durable toys that are very easy to wash.
