Comments about Talk Point™, Set of 5:

These were much less expensive than conventional communication devices. I'm looking forward to using them with my students who are nonverbal. My only complaint is their size. They are smaller than expected which might make it harder for my students with fine motor issues. Overall a great product!

Product used with student in home to allow her to communicate choices and needs. She can express new things she learns. It is easy to activate as teacher holds either by hand or next to face.

Comments about Talk Point™, Set of 5:

I would have found the switch on the bottom to record/play inconvenient and difficult to figure out, but after I showed it to my 5 year old, he got it right away, and enjoys very much recording and playing back. However, now he knows how to operate it, it doesn't stand a chance of staying the same for long, if we were to record something!

Comments about Talk Point™, Set of 5:

i ordered these with the intention of using them for recording quick directions for centers, book recommendations to post near bookshelves and student recording of book recommendations. Easy and fun to use, but the quality of sound is not good . Also, in a busy classroom or library, these devices are not loud enough to be heard unless held directly to the ear. Not great if you want to mount them somewhere so they don't "walk away"!
They are presently sitting in a drawer waiting for me to think of a better way to use them. I am disappointed, but not giving up on them quite yet. I want to recommend them, but cannot.
