Comments about Learning Resources Bright Bites™ Burger Shapes:

The Bright Bites Burger Shapes let you build your own burger full of shapes. Each of the layers that you add to the burger is a different shape. This is a great way to work on shape recognition. The set includes 1 Bun (2 halves, circles), 1 hamburger patty (circle), 1 ketchup (heart), 1 mustard (star), 1 cheese slice (square), 1 lettuce (triangle), 1 pickle (clover), 1 onion (hexagon), and a plate. These are designed for toddlers and up. Children can work on stacking the items to work on balancing and spatial relations. Some other fun activities can be to identify the shape and have your child find that shape as they stack them or have them name the shape as they add to the stack. The set can also be used to work on copying a pattern or plan. Draw out what shapes go next and your child can follow the "directions". Or it can be used just for making burgers and play food.
