Section One of this 36-page book contains reproducible worksheets for finding the surface area and volume of regular prisms and right cylinders. Each model has three worksheets that guide students through an often long and difficult process. As students work through these pages they develop the skills in which to logically organize their thought processes. Section two is more challenging and less structured than section one. It is designed so that students will use multiple steps to yield the desired results while incorporating the organization and logical skills learned in section one. Students should be able to calculate the volume of pyramids and cones before working with the problems presented in this section.
