Comments about Learning Resources Under the Sea Gears Building Set:

My 3 year old son received this as a gift and absolutely loves it! I would highly recommend it. It really seems to holds his attention, and he is starting to get more creative with different setups and figuring out how it all works together. It seems quite durable, has lots of different features, and seems great for developing both fine motor and mechanical skills. My only feedback is that it only comes with one crank. My son seems to tote things all over the house, and given that this is an important part of the set I wish it had some with a backup.

Comments about Learning Resources Under the Sea Gears Building Set:

We bought this set to add to the basic Gears set ,which we have owned for 5 years. We are very disappointed with it, as it is difficult to assemble, and young children are unable to build them without support.
The octopus /turtle/crab all come apart- Why?
The dolphin movement is difficult to construct and just falls apart.
Altogether a waste of money (which is in very limited supply here at Pre-School)
We paid for this with a donation given to us by a departing pupil/parent and feel very disappointed at wasting the money .
